1. Registered Company	The criteria: The opportunity must be offered by a legally registered company. Income Opportunities promoted by individuals alone can not be approved.
	The reason: Business opportunities offered by established companies offer you much more protection than those offered by individuals. Companies operating in the UK have to abide by rules and regulations enforced by the UK government. All Income Centre opportunities are offered by registered companies.
2. Profitable Company	The criteria: The company offering the opportunity must have posted an operating profit in their last annual company accounts.
	The reason: An unprofitable company offering a way for you to make money should raise concerns. All Income Centre opportunities are offered by profitable companies.
3. UK Offices	The criteria: The company offering the income opportunity must have offices based at a commercial UK trading address (PO BOX not allowed).
	The reason: Commercial UK trading premises show an investment in the UK and make it less likely that the company will stop operations in the UK. All Income Centre opportunities have commercial trading addresses in the UK.
4. At Least 1 Year Trading	The criteria: The company must have been trading and offering the opportunity in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months.
	The reason: Many successful companies come to the UK from the USA and other countries, a company must be trading in the UK for a minimum of 12 months (excluding pre-launch period) before it can be listed on the Income Centre. This ensures that there is a UK market for their product or service.
5. At Least 1,000 Reps	The criteria: The company must have at least 1,000 representatives working from home that are involved in the opportunity.
	The reason: In our view, a company that hasn't recruited 1,000 representatives in the UK isn't established well enough to be listed on the Income Centre.
6. Support Helpline	The criteria: The company must supply a telephone support line for new representatives joining the business (Premium rate numbers not allowed).
	The reason: You may have questions when you first get started. In our view, companies that profit from these questions or only offer online support do not offer a sufficient level of support to their representatives.
7. Rep Training	The criteria: There must be a support and training network in place. This may be supplied by the company directly or through an established team of representatives.
	The reason: Training will help you to make the most of the income opportunity on offer. If no training is offered most will find it very difficult to realise the potential of the opportunity.
8. Proven in the UK	The criteria: The opportunity must be proven in the UK - demonstrated by verified testimonials from UK representatives.
	The reason: An opportunity proven in the UK offers you a 'blue print' to follow. If an opportunity is unproven in the UK it may not be possible to make money no matter how much time or money you invest into it.
9. Affordable	The criteria: It must cost no more than £200 to get started at a level which offers you the prospect of earning money immediately.
	The reason: The £200 limit is a limit put in place by the UK government. Any opportunity requiring more than £200 to get started is not abiding by these regulations. If you have to spend more than £200 to start making money it would seem unlikely for you to see a fair return on your investment in the short term. All opportunities approved by the Income Centre cost no more than £200 to start.
10. Guaranteed	The criteria: The company must offer a money back guarantee to new representatives that get involved.
	The reason: You are entitled to a refund within the first 14 days of getting involved - this regulation is put in place by the UK government. Any opportunity that does not offer a money-back guarantee is not following government regulations. At the Income Centre we believe that representatives should be given the right to change their mind about getting involved in an income opportunity and all approved opportunities offer a full money-back guarantee.
